I was first introduced to Reiki energy healing in 2022, at the beginning of a large healing journey that I am still on to this day. I learned a lot about the mind-body-spirit connection, and how our physical body can hold onto emotions and trauma. Receiving Reiki energy, in combination with other holistic treatments, has helped me with managing my chronic pain due to Endometriosis.

Throughout my life I have always wanted to help others; I am an eldest daughter (iykyk), I was a Girl Scout until I graduated high school, and I majored in Public Health in college and graduate school. I have worked in Public Policy and Clinical Research, with a yearning to make a positive difference in others’ lives. I completed my First and Second Degree Usui lll Reiki Certifications in 2024, and felt that I had finally found my soul’s calling and purpose in this lifetime.

 

Healing Blooms came to me while channeling Reiki Energy, and speaks to my intentions for my business of healing. My inspiration and clarity for the name came from being a July Leo (sun), so my birth month flower is a water lily. I love that water lilies must first rise through the dark mud in order to reach the surface of the water to bloom into magnificent flowers. In many ways this follows the symbolic healing of old wounds in order to bloom into the magnificent and authentic soul that you are!
